2 pm prediction was wrong today the market ended up going back up

you can never tell what is going to happen when the government is on tv talking 

usually it falls

I was wrong today…

20/20 hindsight shows a huge head and shoulders which in chartography(that might be the name) means that the market tends to go down after which it did.

I see an upside down head and shoulders so if the theory is right the market should go up pretty fast in the morning.
